The new Manager Hub — which will be launching this summer — provides a one-stop shop for all things people-related during attracting, hiring, onboarding, engaging, performing, developing, and departing. There will be an easy button linking you to the Manager Hub from the Connect homepage, where you will find simple drill-downs to your resources based on what you are trying to do. There will even be resources to help you become a stronger leader within JE Dunn.
Managers will also have a simple click from the Manager Hub to see their new Insights Dashboard filled with essential information on their direct reports. Workforce information, learning stats, and time-off information can all be found in this one Power BI dashboard.
