We are proud to launch a series of workshops that offer hands-on, in-person practice time to build upon what we learn through online Building Blue courses for Operations employees. JE Dunn-specific case studies, activities, and discussions of common business challenges are rolled into these two half-day sessions.
Since these workshops are being held regionally, there are almost 30 Regional Operations Coaches who will partner with the Learning & Development team to co-host, provide practical expertise, and reinforce internal resources and processes. These workshops highlight key technical skills along with communication, collaboration, problem-solving, leadership, meeting management, and use of resources and tools for both Project Management and Construction Supervision team members.

Where are the workshops being offered?
Each region will be hosting 2025 and 2026 dates for both series’ workshops. Participants should select the city that is closest to their home location or current project site. Visit the Building Blue Workshop Connect page for specific dates and locations.
What is required to register for a workshop?
Since the workshops build on lessons learned from the online Building Blue courses, there are certain required eLearnings that must be done prior to registering for a workshop. Specific programs have been assigned to the eligible employees in PeopleBuilder under My Learning.
