At JE Dunn, we are genuine, high performers and always ALL IN. In short, our people are special. We care about each other and love to show appreciation for our colleagues. We’ve made it even easier to do this with our new Strong from the Center recognition cards.
You can send a virtual or hand-written “thank you” to anyone you work with who demonstrates the characteristics of being Strong from the Center. Take a few moments each week to show appreciation for those around you. For example, thank them for keeping everyone accountable as you’re working toward an important deadline. Or, let them know you’ve noticed their resilience on a particularly challenging phase of a project.
Studies show that simply showing your gratitude for someone helps create stronger and more collaborative relationships. Make someone’s day with a brief and thoughtful message!
