As we look ahead to this summer and fall, we are excited to welcome our next class of interns and new graduates to JE Dunn.
We are on track to welcome nearly 400 interns and 180 new graduates companywide. These individuals represent the next generation of builders, leaders, and innovators who will help carry our work forward.
Our Early Career program continues to be one of the strongest pipelines into JE Dunn, and that success is a direct reflection of all of you. From showing up at campus events, to participating in interviews, to creating meaningful experiences once candidates join the organization, it takes all of us to make a lasting impression and showcase what makes JE Dunn special.
Make an impact for these interns and new hires: Serve as an intern mentor; extend our welcoming, engaging culture; attend local intern events; or encourage early career professionals to engage them in Employee Resource Group activities. Even small moments like grabbing coffee, answering questions, or sharing your story can leave a lasting impression.
