Focusing on People Leadership

With a strong start to 2024, it continues to be clear that our people are at the center of JE Dunn’s success. As we continue our commitment to KSI 4: Best People + Right Culture, our People Leadership team is in place to help develop and implement our people strategies that enhance productivity, employee engagement, and support our overall business.

As part of that team, the Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) support our leaders and managers as they navigate business priorities that impact our workforce, serving as trusted advisors and a resource to all employees within their region.

Below are some practical ways the HRBP provide support to both our leaders and employees as they navigate their career and employee experience.

Career Development – Assisting with Career Planning

  • Partner with people leaders to create development and action plans to support individual and team growth.
  • Consult with employees to take advantage of development opportunities that help achieve their career aspirations and goals.

Employee Engagement

  • Support employee survey participation and completion (Best Places to Work, eNPS, Engagement, Healthiest Employers).
  • Partner with teams to interpret results and develop meaningful action plans.

Team Coaching & Support

  • Support employees and managers to establish role clarity and resolve conflict.
  • Assist with Performance Management and improvement discussion.
  • Partner with leaders and employees to enable crucial conversations.

Program & Policy Administration

  • Consult with leaders and employees on JE Dunn policies and HR programs.
  • Advise on and manage compliance with national, state, and local regulations.
  • Help leaders and employees navigate leave of absences (e.g. Parental, Short Term Disability).
  • Provide support for regional campus recruitment efforts and our summer internship program.
